In person/ Online therapy - £70

In person and online therapy have the same effectiveness. These sessions are made up of 2 parts. During the first part it includes a positive, forward thinking therapy to support you to move forward, we do not focus on the past. We guide you to find your own solution which is long lasting and works for you. The second part includes a guided relaxation which is known as trance where we have access to your subconscious mind. This will leave you feeling relaxed. The guided relaxation enables you to consolidate what we have spoken about in the talking therapy and to find a solution to your problems.
